Directions: From I-81 in Watertown (Exit 154) take Hwy 12F west for 5.1 miles. Turn right onto Lee Rd and drive .2 miles down to the parking area near the river.

Comments, Notes: From this vantage point you can see all 3 Dams and Falls. The other access is from Fish Island Park on the north side of the river.
